Returns & Exchanges for Ammunition, Magazines, and Other Non Firearm Products
Buying online can be stressful, “what if I get the wrong caliber, will that mag fit my gun?” Well stress no more, at AGC Ammo we accept non-firearm product returns for up to 7 days from the date of delivery! Just contact our returns department at [email protected] for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a shipping label. Except in the case of damage in transit or defective items the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. As long as the items are in a saleable condition (if they look like they could be on a store shelf you have nothing to worry about) we will issue a refund or credit (your choice) once the products are received, reviewed, and checked back into stock less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
Except in the case of damaged-in-transit or defective items, all refunds will be for the cost of the products only (not including shipping). Any items that are sealed, like spam cans, cannot be returned once opened unless the items are defective.
What about manufacturing defects? While the manufacturers want you to take it up with them, we don’t! Talking to manufacturers is frustrating and I promise we are better at it than you are. If you have a problem with any items you have purchased from us, please, tell us and let us deal with it, you have better things to do!
Returns & Exchanges for Firearms
If a firearm that ships to your selected FFL is returned by the FFL to AGC Ammo for any reason (i.e. Failed background check or firearm is not allowed in state or municipality) you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once a firearm is transferred from the FFL to the buyer, there are no returns allowed.
Modifications & Cancellations
Due to the issues presented by COVID-19, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Please review your order before completing your purchase
Shipping Restrictions for Firearms, Ammunition, and Magazines
AGC Ammo does not ship outside the continental United States.
The following additional restrictions apply:
We cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes.
All firearms ship on to FFL’s.
AK/HI/P.R./V.I.: No ammo. Magazines ONLY.
CA: We can ship to companies in CA registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. No Magazines Over 10 Rounds
CO: No magazines over 15 rounds.
CT: We require a state-issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license faxed or scanned and emailed to us, and on file BEFORE we can ship your ammunition order. No magazines over 10 rounds.
FL: State requires buyers of all firearms to be at least 21 years old.
IL: We can ship to companies in Cook County IL registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. All other areas in IL require FOID faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship ammunition.
MA: We can ship to companies in MA registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL.
MD: No magazines over 10 rounds.
NJ: We require firearms/ammunition ID card scanned and emailed to us on file BEFORE we can ship your order. No magazines over 10 rounds.
NY: We can ship to companies in NY registered as an FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. Please have it emailed to [email protected]. Order as you normally would, using your information for billing but make sure the shipping information is that of your registered FFL. No magazines over 10 rounds.
VT: No handgun magazines over 15 rounds. No long gun magazines over 10 rounds.
Washington DC: No shipping.
All orders receive an email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
As ammunition cannot be shipped via air freight we do not ship outside the Contiguous United States, or any area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law from shipping ammunition or other products.

Our website is open for ordering 24/7/365. Our phone hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am Eastern to 6 pm Eastern.
Shipping Fees
All ammunition must be shipped via ground shipping according to federal law. Ground shipping is guaranteed to be delivered within 14 days. It is normally less than five days but can take up to 14 days. We reserve the right to use any shipping provider for these orders.
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Our Store and it has been processed and shipped we can not change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy. Please see Terms and Conditions for further restrictions.
